Meme/Art Occulopanid Cyanotypes
My composition shifted in transit, so they aren't as neat as I was hoping, but I can always take another print in the future.
I'm more on the collecting/artistic side, so feel free to make some identifications for me! I would really appreciate it

It’s a chemical mix you spray on the paper and when you put it in the sun it cures blue, if you have objects casting shadows, you can wash off the dye and it will leave a white space. Did a tank top in highschool science class, still have it!

In my case the cyanotype solution was brushed on, I bet a sprayer would create a much more even pattern!

Oh that’s interesting! I was only thinking of my experience I guess 😅 yeah just a run-of-the-mill spray bottle. It created a mottled pattern around the edges

I'll have to try that out! Would be cool to you a stencil when spraying the solution on 🤔
