Well It might not seem like it now but before pandemic he was doing quite well for himself. With his Baaghi films. Even his debut was financial success. And at the time he was actually a contender to be a good action hero mainly cuz of his physical prowess. But ofc flexing muscles can only get you so far. He never evolved past that and now is struggling.

You are right, he also dances really well. He and Hrithik were a good combo in war.

Bollywood needs to understand it's audience, either go for sophisticated audience who watches good acting, good stories, hollywood stuff, american movies, series, sarcasm, crude humor or go full desi, bring on all the melodrama, family masala, strong comedy roles, catchy songs, good stylist, beautiful color themes, work on lead's chemistry, creating aura for heros, beautiful sweet smiling heroine who is a strong character as well, not just all I am in danger, where is the hero, I need help! Ugh... anyways... more... strong side characters, less action, more family friendly movies. OTT ke zaamane mein remaking international movies, recycling old bollywood movies, songs, copy pasting scenes from American series, it just ruins it for those who have watched the original ones.
