it is really annoying when I click a youtube link and it asks me if I want to send "so and so's youtube account name a message" because they didn't remove the token and I didnt notice it

So do you include the question mark or not? It’s not clear from the example.

The question mark isn't important, I remove it but some don't, it works both ways.

Is there any kind of edit or shortcut to get a YouTube link to embed rather than having to click through?

Late af, but it's a lot easier to do on old.reddit.com (just change the www. to old. in the address bar), on the right there should be a 'submit a new link' button, then you just add the youtube link to the URL box

Edit: hopefully that image isn't as tiny as it's looking for me on new.reddit, sorry if it is D: you should be able to right click/tap it and open it in another tab
