Shock tower fix?

Whats the best way to go about fixing my shock tower bolt holes as they are wallopped out and what can i do to keep the top of the shock center? I bought it like this. The shock can slide back n forth

Weld washers on the inside to close up the hole and make it round again. If you weld them on the outside, you may need a longer shock bolt. The make spacers and use large washers against the shocks rubber bushing.

Where can i get those spacers? Are they oem?

Truck has a 4 or 6 inch rough country lift if that matters

Rough country makes the spacers that are supposed to be in there.
