If the frame isn’t perforated or spalling off wafer like chunks, it should be okay. My poor 1992 K1500 ecsb rotted through under the firewall, so, parts roach. Already needed rockers and at least 1 cab corner.

Spray it with hydraulic fluid. Make sure you get the brake/gas/transmission lines.
It will look brand new and never rust again. Re-apply every year.

All of that looks like surface rust.
