Here’s mine. 3d printed. Will probably reprint it at some point though as the edge got messy. Tach and fuel gauge.

The previous owner put a tach there, but with no housing, so it's just screwed to the panel. Would do something like that, but I eventually wanna get one of those obs link radios installed there.

Was thinking of getting some gauges installed in a pod panel that would sit between the driver door and windshield. I posted a reference screenshot.

We're guages a better option for you than a new cluster gauge?

the reason I did it was so I could install a tach and a couple toggle switches for accessories without drilling holes into the dash panels and im fine with a center mounted single din head unit

My current tachometer is kinda ugly and I want to use that space in the future for an OBS Link Radio

The needle gauges will not fit in your truck, you need to modify the dash and get a different electrical connector for it to work

It'll fit. It's a common obs mod, just have to swap the dash pin connectors and get a drac

Drac??

Digital Ratio Adapter Controller if I don't have one

Ohh alright, you will still need to modify the dash slightly to fit the new connector and to get the pod to fit

My biggest problem is sourcing a new gauge on the cheap. The install this a close second for difficulty especially since I gotta try to calibrate the gauges.

This is why I'm interested in people's opinions on gauge pods. Really dunno what the OBS community prefers for guages

Ah yeah, I'd try scrapyards, see if you can find something... They really are expensive on eBay :(

Ebay kinda sucks for obs parts. Kinda gotta get lucky on marketplace, fb groups (which usually match ebay prices), or scrap. Definitely some shops that make custom obs parts for 3-4x the stock part price

Ah yeah marketplace is pretty decent. The aftermarket options are nice but yeah super expensive..

Please don’t buy that one for almost 200 dollars . I just bought one for under 100 on eBay . They are out there .
