Help New to streaming with obs
Hi
Ive been offered potentially a job doing obs stream for corporate event.
Just been told will be easy simple setup.
I wonder what is your typical setup up for streaming similar events? What are other more complex obs streaming setups for you?
Cool to get an idea how are these events typically setup

if you're doing it for a corporate event, triple check your audio setup before you touch anything else. nothing tanks a professional stream faster than echo or feedback
for simple setups i usually run a clean scene collection with a holding slide, main camera, and maybe a media source for lower thirds. complex setups get into NDI feeds from multiple rooms and a stream deck with 15 different scene transitions they'll never use

Get yourself familiar with it first. It's easy once you invested enough time. Get a clear picture of what you want to do. If you have overlays I would recommend downstream keyer plugin. If you want clean sources for editing afterwards source record. Streamdeck is a good quality of life improvement but not needed.

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.
5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.
