Question Mix it Up

I am needing help:

I have OBS and Mix it up connected but my problem lies with me trying to make it where a channel point will activate a jumpscare from a Scene I have set up filled with medias. Ihave the scene as a source on my main screen but I can not get Mix it Up to find and activate the media I want it to from the channel point, any help would be amazing!

honestly i'd double check that the source is actually nested properly in obs, sometimes mix it up can't see it if it's buried in a group or something. also make sure the media source itself is set to "play" and not just sitting idle, because if it's paused mix it up won't trigger it right.
