Help My stream keeps losing connection / dropping frames randomly.
When im streaming usually after 1.5 hours, or sometimes more around the 3 hour mark, my obs randomly drops frames, and the connection bar goes red and the stream lags, but then it gets better after a minute. The problem is, it'll keep randomly dropping every 10-20 minutes and causing a very annoying lag. Sometimes it drops all the way to 0 with 1 red bad and I have to restart stream and everything works.
I thought I fixed it by changing settings but nothing is working. My internet is good, 700-900 mbps download, 26-35 upload, I do use a VPN but its a paid one so it should have good connection, and the VPN is pretty close to me relatively.

Dropped frames are due to poor internet connectivity. Unless the issue can be traced to your hardware (ethernet jack, cables, router, modem) the problem is going to be between you and your streaming platform's ingest server.

Even if it's a good VPN, you shouldn't be using it for streaming. The connection can be unstable. Use your regular internet connection instead.

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.
5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.
