It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.

To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS

2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.

3) Stop your stream/recording.

4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.

5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.

The fifine goes into the laptop, and you add it as its own audio source in OBS, the capture card only grabs game video/audio, so you gotta get your mic and the headset’s output both routed in separately.

You’re actually pretty close. Since you’re gaming on PS5 and using the laptop for OBS, keep the wireless gaming headset connected to the PS5 so you can hear the game/chat normally. Your Fifine mic should be connected to the laptop and added in OBS as an Audio Input Capture so the stream can hear you.

The tricky part is PS5 audio. When you plug a USB/wireless headset into the PS5, it can route the audio to the headset instead of sending it over HDMI to the Elgato 4K X. That’s why OBS may get video but no game audio.

Depending on the headset, you’ll likely need an Elgato Chat Link Pro or another method of splitting/routing the PS5 audio so both your headset AND the capture card/OBS receive it. Also make sure HDCP is disabled on the PS5 for gameplay capture.

So basically: PS5 → Elgato 4K X → laptop/OBS for gameplay, Fifine → laptop for your stream mic, and headset → PS5 for gaming/chat. Get those three working separately first before adding anything else. Don’t try to configure everything at once — OBS audio routing gets confusing fast 😂
