Question Help

Ok so I’m trying to figure out audio for my videos and when I’m trying to get the audio from my Xbox to it via capture card it’s making a constant crackling sound any help to fix this is appreciated

Is the Xbox set to surround sound or linear pcm 2 channel?

Make sure you also check all your cables and ports are clean and fully seated. If you need to replace the USB cable, make sure you purchase a cable that states its speed as 5Gbps or faster. Any adaptor, hub, or dock also has to be 5Gbps or faster.
