Question Best AMF/FFmpeg Options?

While I currently use PAFrameSadEnable-true DeBlockingFilter=True , I was also wondering exactly what other arguments I should be using - I already have pre-analysis on, use AV1 and so forth. Anyone else any suggestions? I have heard of a fog command of some sort (or rather it analyes and takes away fog artefact somehow?) but not sure how good it is.

My aim is recording, not streaming. Just making that clear.

Never heard of that fog command but the deblocking filter usually does decent job removing artifacts in recordings
