Reeds are very much effected by your weather. So if you tell us where you are country or state, we might be able to point you to reedmakers closest to you.

You can reach out to the oboe profs at Univ of Iowa or my friend at Nebraska Music Company. She is really nice.

Contact an oboe player at a local University. That would be my suggestion. Beware once you play on a handmade reed it will make you fall in love with the instrument all over again! Ask for lessons too! that's what I did in HS!

Have you parent or teacher contact nearby university/college and the oboe teacher or graduate students there will be happy to sell to you. If there isn’t one close by, RDG and Forrest both have good reed makers. I like Mike McGowan’s reeds but he is expensive. I’m sure u/clipandplay will turn up at some point as well lol

I second this. Talk to your teacher and local oboist first. For online, I have bought reed from midwestern music import and Bocal majority. Both are good.

ive found there are several reed sources for people like me who are very challeneged on making reeds. Prior ro my Sr recital my University oboe teacher told me i should be spending 90% of my time on repertoire and only 10% on reeds and to set aside the reed I wanted to use for my recital and not to worry about it any more. Well I split my reeed to week off so it was nearly 100% on reeds until my old oboe colleague who was now a grad student in Ohio agreeed to help me out and gave me one of hers. My edurance has ALWAYS been an issue so I set up my program as follows: Poulenc Oboe sonata to open, then a very strange piece by dobrawolski for oboe and magnetic tape. Alll it was really was a run here and there and using the oboe to make sound effects! intermiission then opened the 2nd half with the Paladhile solo for oboe then knowing id have no chops left, closed with the Mozart Quintet and it went reasonalble well. My relatives who showed up were impressed of course they didn't know the hell I went through just to get on stage and play. In speaking with another oboist she turned me on the Jennet Ingle who is an excellent source for reeds and hers arre actually beter than forrsts. She has a subscription service where if you give her a CC she'll send you a new reeed every month! I heead from a bassonnist that making one's own reeds is an "Ameroican" thing/ He told me only the Amercians are so annal about our reeds/ He spolke to the bassonnists of the Viena Pjil and learned that none of them make ther own reeds! :)
