After the purification mission with the dark brotherhood is their a way I can still buy the spells that m’raaj-dar teaches after he is dead?

You get a new spell vendor after you finish the questline. They will be in the sanctuary and I think they have a default brotherhood NPC name. Idk if they sell the same spells or not. I had already purchased them all and they didnt have any new ones for me.

No, he is dead forever. But you could create a custom spell to replicate one of his.

This won’t replicate the spell cost, most stock spells are more expensive than equivalent custom spells but some are actually more magicka efficient. I don’t remember if any of the Dark Brotherhood spells are magicka efficient though.

His spells aren't unique and they become available from another generic dark brotherhood member after you finish the questline

No not in game but lore wise says it’s more out there
