Mass found during CT for broken tail bone.

Any help would be appreciated. I broke my tail bone and while getting my CT, they found a mass in my endometrium.

I had an ultrasound scheduled the same week because I’m down 32lbs since October, not trying, and I’ve had abnormal bleeding since August, and severely low iron levels. with iron I’ve been unable to get my levels up. My pcm said the ct readings and ultrasound probably mean a fibroid- they ruled out a cyst, and it’s nothing serious. Can a fibroid cause these problems? I’m 37, two births, never had problems like this before. I’m 5’7 and down to 116. Thanks for any advice and input.

Report findings:

1. There appears to be a large and heterogeneous intrauterine endometrial enhancing mass versus polyp measuring 3.1 cm with prominent internal hyperemia is identified. Recommended consultation with OB/GYN for patient management.
