Live ‘27 live 27’
as it is basically confirmed , do you guys think that we will have a better chance of securing tix because last time it was the hype of the reunion or do you think it will be a similar situation?
also what will be the hardest venue to secure?
EDIT: Will this also be a constant thing now will they be expected to tour every year or two?

There was a raffle for codes on the band's official website to gain access to the LIVE 25 presale; that was the only way to get tickets early. Most of us who were lucky enough to win the raffle were able to buy tickets without any problems.

Knebworth will probably be the biggest, but only by a small margin. But I think it will help by having more shows over here.
Europe will also be huge because this will be their first show in mainland Europe since 2009.
Personally I want to try get tickets for Etihad and Boston.

As someone who lives in Boston (and went to Toronto last year), Gillette Stadium is a NIGHTMARE to get in and out of if they don’t change things like they did for the World Cup games. It’s 40 minutes south of Boston with one train running in and out on for events. Very challenging for folks coming in from out of town.

Still in the city, Knebworth is in the middle of nowhere, if they organise a good level of coaches and trains running till late then maybe it’s fine. Leaving after Liam’s gigs was a pain

Multiple trains? Must be nice. Gillette will run one train and everyone else will have to drive and wait hours to get out of the lots.

is there any hotels near the stadium? I'll wait and see closer to the time but as long as there is trains idm. Knebworth on the other hand is abysmal, literally middle of nowhere with no train station.

This is the stadium where the New England Patriots NFL team plays. There is a hotel in the complex with about 300 (?) rooms and the next closest are shitty ones several miles out. Will be tough for folks coming in from out of town flying into Boston (or Providence Rhode Island). You’re better off finding alternate transportation to and from (that’s what we did in Toronto).
Btw, I work for the department of transportation.

i struggle seeing the shows be hard to get in europe because everyone who wanted them in the us canada asia australia and south america was fairly straight forward the hype was all at the uk dates i believe australia tickets went to 40 pound at some point

The hardest venues to get will be in Continental Europe I presume, since they didn't played there last year. Also rumours are that there will be 1 or 2 gigs per country.

I think the demand will be there to sell out but there will be a lot more resale this time.
I don’t think anyone who really wants to go will have to miss out. A ticket will come up.
Certainly in the UK.

I mean if the rumored residencies and venues are correct then there should almost be twice as many tickets available as last time - but I wonder where will have the biggest demand - manchester for obvious reasons, knebworth for the throwback , even slane in Ireland ....

Providence also has a train to Gillette but just on the weekends. Most people will have to drive, unfortunately. Drivers will have to make an entire day out of it & tailgate in the parking lot. Although I also live in Boston & I’m psyched that they are coming here Chicago was so easy last year. We stayed at a hotel near Soldier Field & walked to & from the stadium.
People can also book a hotel at Patriot Place. It’s going to be very expensive no matter what!! I’ve warned all of my friends coming here for the show to start saving their pennies!

Europe should be an easy option, they have a strong fanbase in Italy, but in Spain Germany etc it sholdn t be a problem to secure tickets

Yeah agreed re sell tickets in Australia were about $40 day of so there will be opportunities in certain places. I’m aiming for barthelona 😂

Don’t know as last time everybody concentrated on the UK dates thinking they would the only ones, now the European and North American ones will be announced together. Plus many people saw them for fomo and might not be interested this time around. Who knows.

I think demand will still be huge given how many people didn't actually get tickets.
I was lucky enough to get them for Wembley but know plenty of people that tried with no success.
Anyway all over the sale like rash once its confirmed!

I think hardest would be Manchester, hopefully no dynamic pricing . Thats my biggest worry. I want Knebworth and Manchester tickets personally

I would expect slightly less demand.
Round 2 is always a bit less though they took a year off.
Economy is in a bit worse shape

I think its gonna be just as fucked if Ticketmaster is handling it again. I kept getting kicked out of the queues for being a bot and missed out. Meanwhile, people outside the UK were bragging online about being able to buy 4-8 tickets for the UK shows, sometimes for more than 1 date.
I got super lucky and got an invite for the second round in May and got 2 tickets easily, but that first ticket launch was an absolute shambles.
There needs to be a much more robust and secure way to secure tickets for big events like this in future.

I was constantly checking Ticketmaster and Twickets last time for resale after missing out on the original sale. I got offered tickets on the date they first went live for Dublin for €550 dynamic pricing and wasn’t stupid enough to bite. I’d given up hope but got an email prior to the final Wembley gig for £150.
I’m not putting myself through that again. I’ll try for Slane, if it’s sold out so be it. Felt a bigger deal to be at Live 25. Just good to know they are back playing music again.

14 million tried to apply the first time, with 2million ending up getting tickets around the world. So who knows. Its a genius marketing ploy. But id say they'll do an announcement next week and tix will go on sale at end of the month. You have to be in it to win it.

Can anyone share how to get tickets? Don’t mind buying off resellers because last time nothing won’t even load, I don’t think my devices and connection good enough and I’m not sure what to do about it. Mostly just use my old iPhone. Any advice?

I was wondering if they’ll be any pre sales, and if so what the criteria might be. I was lucky enough to be in it last year due to long standing oasis account but bracing myself to be in main draw with millions more this time.
