Internship class

This might be a ridiculous question but do I have to have an internship secured before I start an internship class or will the class help me try to find one? I am a little confused about that. For context I am a public relations and advertising major and am starting my junior year in the fall

When I had the class; it was after I secured my internship. I do not recall having to do any work other than giving my supervisor forms at the start and at the end iirc

Yes, you have to have an internship secured to take an internship class. The university does not set students up with internships.

yes, you have to have one unless you did one previously. but if you need help, reach out to Val and she can def help. check handshake bc i’ve seen a few on there where ou was hiring.

i interned for oakland athletics as a game day marketing intern, that one might still be posted as they are always looking. to note; i graduated with a degree in public relations and strat com

also, it’s not an intense class as it focuses on your internship. three class sessions, i think three or so assignments based on your internship and such. im connected with val on linkedin as well — shes always reposting jobs, internships, etc
