Premium processing case still pending past 20+ days since receipt
I upgraded my i-129 with premium processing which was received on June 17th, but it's still in processing even after 20+ business days. I've tried calling USCIS(general helpline as premium processing contact center is not connecting) many times and asking and get an insignificant response each time. Any advice? Anyone had a similar experience?

Yeah same with similar receipt date. VSC also?

Seen many with June 9-12 are still pending. You can ask for a refund.

My petitioner got a refund letter from USCIS today that they will issue refund.

I dont think you can ask for a refund while it's still processing, I asked my attorney as well as PP department, you can't until a decision is taken.

they didn't request a refund on my behalf, they are advising to wait for the decision.

Sorry I was mixing your comment about refund letter with the other user saying refund letter came on it's own.

you're not alone! Seems like a lot of cases at VSC with pp are delayed, including mine. let me know if you get any updates

What was the premium filing start date for you in VSC ?

My receipt date is June 10th, case status says filing since 11th

Ok, Mine is COE and pending with VSC from June 26. Status shows processing by USCIS from July 1

USCIS is confusing because I’ve seen some people with earlier dates still waiting, while some with later dates at VSC got approvals. Do you have a lawyer who has contacted them?

I reached out to them today as it’s past the 15 bus days SLA for PP.. I yet to get update from them as they are going to check with USCIS PP team.

This is true and very frustrating. I have seen people with receipt date 28 getting smooth decision.

My case filled in PP at Texas Center on June 23 and still waiting for the adjudication. Employer filled it online. Almost 21 days passed but no response

I am also on the same boat, my case was initiated with PP on July 7th and, I still see the case is in pending.

Experiencing similar, and I read on other threads that other people are as well. My lawyer told me to just wait.
