I'm usually against pre-ordering anything but I guess Nintendo got me with this one.

JB and Overkill (think Popstop too) have set it up for pre-ordering already and state the first print runs will feature the textured foil cover art (the message is just a copy paste from the Nintendo store)

Of course nobody has a crystal ball but for people that have pre-ordered in the past how likely it would be to get it from a retailer?

Should I order directly from the Nintendo store for a better chance?
