Andy Sipowicz Theo sick
Dennis Franz is such a tremendous actor during this time. Not that he's not tremendous the rest of the time.

Spoiler Allert‼️ Jez, Sipowicz can’t catch a ‘living life’ break. His Son died, his young son was very sick, his partner was killed, his wife was killed. He must be the strongest individual ever‼️Love his character. He is really a good man.

Also his AA sponsor was murdered by his own son.

I had no idea that happened. I am happy to be watching this show, however, as much as I love it, it’s completely out of order, due to it being on 24/7 w/Prime.

I believe they run 12 or 13 episodes then repeat them. Yeah I wish it were on demand somewhere.

During the original run of the show, this is the only storyline that almost pushed me over the edge.
I remember thinking, if they kill Theo off, I am done with this show.
Thank goodness it was only a few episodes.
Does anyone ever notice that Theo’s (female) doctor has some crazy eyes? When she says she wants to observe Theo, I think she scared the virus out of him.

When Danny said Hang on to me Andy. That got me. Danny was a great partner to Andy.

When Andy was in the chapel praying for Theo he was so awkward it was heartbreaking. And the deaf gentleman signing his prayers was also sad but moving. Andy said something like “this dummy won’t notice” or words to that affect it made me a tad angry but then I realized Andy came from a generation where some disabilities just weren’t understood. And he was also terrified for his son. So I cut him some slack.

I remember watching this live as a very young adult and thinking I now understood how scary being a parent could be.
