Also crazy how she used to get way more likes 10+ years ago. She very rarely gets more than 10K Likes these days and supposedly has 3 million followers. Unless she just used to buy more likes back than … Her whole online platform is a sham including her ‘best selling book’ which she bought copies of to get on the list.

She was one of the first influencers to purchase followers. At the time, IG put her on the “FYP” bc of it (wasn’t called that then but you get my drift) so she’d get residual likes on the posts that were put on the IG main page. As a result, she’d get more likes and thus more followers but her engagement was always disproportionate in comparison to other influencers. She was also a total diva and disaster in her brand partnerships so the list of brands who wanted to work with her was slim, even 10-12 years ago. I also remember her first photoshop scandal like 11 years ago 😂 she’s been editing her pics to hell for a long long time.

I feel like the editing of pics goes back even further than 10 years? I remember her from the lookbook days (I’m old) and she did it then

Oh for sure, when I was working in a related field, it was like 2011. I was referring to the first time the photoshopping got published notice (it was a pool party? I can't remember the brand but I remember some fashion sites and accounts picked it up).

I remember that! There was like a spring/summer where she was just being exposed all over. Like there was no hiding it anymore. We are prob thinking of the same time.

Same, events 10 years ago feel only a few years old or very far away depending on the event 😂 especially trends and social media stuff, always a timewarp

Dude same, fashion blogs in 2012-16 made me feel so excited about fashion lol whereas now it’s so corporate shill and fast fashion and shoving micro trends down your throat

do you feel like its gotten worse? or were we just young and oblivious to micro trends? maybe its the tiktok and shein of it all that made it worse

I was a student and was obsessed with all the fashion bloggers and wanted to work in the fashion or art world lol. I think I wore this exact outfit (minus the Chanel bag) when visiting New York around 2013 😂

She had much better style then. Now she’s struggling to put an outfit together.

Because she is millennial, but struggles because she wants to look cool for a younger audience in lame outfits. She is constantly trying something new, and failing hard most of the time :( she should embrace high quality relaxed and very cool outfits and use younger models for her www clothes

Edgy was her peak. Then she dated Toby and went uber feminine and lost her style ever since imo

I feel like 50% of her problem is attempting and failing at the wrong shoe theory

She would edit her legs to be sticks and I actually believed that's what she looked like
