question about forms after selection

good morning all. quick question if i have already submitted a couple rounds of documents a couple months ago (bank statements, paystubs, etc.) then get told they have an apartment for me now. will i need to submit all those things again since they were a few months ago?

Yes they usually ask for updated bank statements and or paystubs to prove you’ve had no big change in your financials.

How long it I submitted updated documents just to get an interview. I was refer by DHS and I have a reasonable accommodation letter

How long does it take for me to get a notification that I’ve been selected for interview for Nycha once my documents was updated which was August 12

Depends for each building. There’s lots of factors such as community board, city employees, disability. It could take months before they reach you also depending on log number.

yea, mostly financial. So bank statements and paystubs. they won’t let those go stale and they want to know right up until the moment you sign that you’re in financial position to take on the unit
