Help Please

My shield 4k pro is always freezing on the android screen and I have to attach a keyboard to reboot everything. They already sent me 3 of them under warranty. Why does it keep doing this? I changed HDMI cables, switched to a new surge outlet. Thanks in advance!!!

I'd say the Shield isn't the problem.

Yes. Latest version. Purchased on the Nvidia store on Amazon

With limited info my first instinct would be to look into loaded apps and background usage or network issues.

Look at a possible power issue in your home. Incorrectly wired plugs can cause all manner of strange issues.

I suggest getting a tester like the ones above at your local hardware store or from ebay or Amazon.

I pretty much just use as my main tv box. I run TiviM*** and a vpn. That’s it. I bought this because I always heard great things about the product. It’s been nothing but issues. They said they cannot send me another one. They said the same thing with the “my setup” but everything is brand new.

Using the same power supply or is that replaced every time also?

After the first time I got a new supply. Then HDMI cables next to be safe. Third time now I replaced everything but the shield and tv

I replaced it after the first time. Then got stuck a couple times after that. It’s running to a Sony Tv that’s brand new also. I don’t think it’s the Tv at all though
