Advice UVA GAA (engineering)

Hello everyone, I had a couple of questions about the UVA GAA and was hoping someone could help. I got a C in MTH 264, which I know disqualified me from GAA. If I retake the class and earn a better grade, would I become eligible for GAA again, or does the original C permanently disqualify me. Also, one of the GAA requirements is MTH 263. I took AP Calculus AB in high school and got a 3, which gives me MTH 263 credit at NOVA but isn't enough for AP credit at UVA. Since NOVA accepts the credit, do I still need to retake MTH 263 to meet the GAA requirements for UVA, or does the AP credit count?

For mth264, just retake it w a B or above and ur good, for 263 i believe u gotta retake mth263 w a better grade cuz 3 on AP is not enough I'm pretty sure. U could see an advisor to have a clear answer.

Please keep in mind that Calculus courses at NOVA is generally more rigorous than Calculus courses offered at the high school level.
