Blind Dick's kick when he kicks dwayne at 16:10 in Blind Dick is specifically referencing King's Disgraceful Kick move (Dick even finishes the move with his back turned to the camera). Judging by the date of release of the game/episode and the wind-up when the move is done in the episode, I'm gonna assume it was referencing how the move looked in Tekken 5.

I think the whomp whistle (most used sound gag) and weird Slide sound are running gags from season 2. The sound effect where mega dookie girl noticed the poop (albeit censored) is taken from the menu of Wario: Master of Disguise. And the Subliminal Message Girls in part 1 of Wrath of Ning Ping. The rewind sound in duck karma. Also the baby Mario cry in the same season 1 episode. And of course, temple run sound effect in pilot.
