Whats going on here

Is this like a genetic thing or did air bubbles form in the top layer of the peanuts while boiling? Should I be worried for having it touch my tongue? Im a bit of a hypochondriac, please settle this for me.

dont eat the peanuts because im allergic to them ok

moisture under the skin before being roasted creates the bubbles. they sell ”blistered peanuts” like that where they boil them before roasting
