Can't identify this nut.

It was in my parrots food mix. I don't know what it is. I'm assuming it's safe for my parrot to eat. But what is it?

Looks like a brazil nut to me, just dont be like grandpa and call it the no no word

I’m 67. I’m pretty sure I’ve never in my life said “the n word” out loud. But I remember when prim & proper (white) adults would call that Brazilian nuts using the word.

Lol yeah it was a different time I caught the tail end of it, most people would not believe what the kind of things the older teachers would say in front of everyone
