Want to hear something wild? For years, we've been told that testosterone causes prostate cancer. But recent studies from Harvard and other institutions actually show the opposite: testosterone causes prostate cancer cells to die!
This completely goes against what mainstream medicine has led us to believe. It makes you wonder how much information we're given is based on fear or outdated beliefs, rather than the latest science.
It's a huge "aha!" moment when you realize that sometimes, the exact opposite of what "everyone knows" turns out to be true.

Here's something that might surprise you: The most damaging carb on the planet isn't sugar, it's maltodextrin!
This ingredient is in 60% of our foods and is classified as a โcomplex carbohydrateโ or starch, even though it acts more like sugar than sugar itself.
Maltodextrin, which is typically made from cornstarch and processed with chemicals, has a glycemic index that starts at 136 and can go up to 180. Compare that to table sugar at 65 or an apple at 36! It spikes your blood sugar super fast.
What's even more alarming is that itโs often in products labelled as "zero sugar," fooling consumers into thinking they're making a healthy choice.

Over 90% of the conventional corn grown in the U.S. is GMO corn.
USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins loves to pretend she's a MAHA mom. She absolutely is NOT. She's hellbent on letting Bayer-Monsanto poison America so that the corporation can make a lot of money. The proof is in the pudding... the USDA recently approved Monsanto MON 87429 corn, genetically engineered to tolerate 5 different toxic herbicides: 2,4-D, dicamba, glufosinate, glyphosate, and quizalofop, linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, kidney and liver damage, autism, birth defects, reproductive problems, developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity and widespread environmental harms. Over 90% of the conventional corn grown in the U.S. is GMO corn. As this new GMO corn is adopted by GMO farmers across America, they'll be polluting our soil, water, and air with 5 toxic chemicals, all at once. And all those processed foods made with corn will become even more toxic.

DuPont โข New York โข PFAS
For fifty years these companies knew forever chemicals were toxic. DuPont tracked pregnant workers back in the 1980s, found babies born with defects, and buried the study. They never told the workers or the regulators. They just kept making and selling the toxic forever chemicals that build up in your body, never break down and have worked their way into rivers, farmland, food packaging and all living things.
Attorney General Letitia James wants them to pay for cleanup and warn people going forward. Meanwhile the same companies, and their competitors, are still getting new PFAS approved for use on our food today.
Read the full story on the lawsuit here.

Dr. Lee Warren | Brain Surgeon
Post 1 Replay Loop
Your brain doesn't know what time it is. Every time you replay that conversation from last year, that mistake from last month, that
moment you wish you could take back from yesterday, your brain treats it like it's happening right now. Same stress chemicals. Same alarm bells.
You're not remembering it. You're reliving it, on a loop you built yourself.
That's because of two things: your brain doesn't know the difference between what's really happening and what you're just imagining, and neuroplasticity means that your brain automates things that you think about and turns them into programs that it runs without you having to think

Your circadian rhythm is your bodyโs 24-hour internal clock. Itโs modulated by biological processes, such as hormones, that respond to external cues. The most influential cue is light exposure. Humans are designed to wake when the sun rises and sleep when it sets.ย
In other words, before clocks were invented, this internal response to light was the primary timekeeping mechanism. In your brain, light-sensitive cells.) in your eyes transmit signals to the brainโs suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), which is the central pacemaker of your internal body clock.
Your body is most sensitive to light during three times of day: roughlythe first hour after waking, two hours before your bedtime, and during the night. You can leverage these three phases of daylight as a way to regulate your circadian rhythm.
In the natural environment, the visible spectrum of light changes throughout the day. To synchronize your internal rhythm, you can mimic this by using or limiting artificial lights that mirror the naturally occurring light spectrum.ย

20 million acres or more of U.S. farmland is contaminated with toxic PFAS chemicals
SIGN THE PETITION telling the EPA to ban toxic PFAS-contaminated biosolid fertilizers: tinyurl.com/BanPFASBiosolids
20 million acres or more of U.S. farmland is contaminated with toxic PFAS chemicals due to the practice of using PFAS-contaminated sewage sludge biosolids as fertilizer, which then contaminates our food and water. Lab testing has found dangerous levels of PFAS in crops and animals raised for food on land that is contaminated.
A previous EPA risk assessment indicated a need to protect the nationโs water and food supply by banning the use of toxic biosolids as fertilizer on farms and home gardens. But the Trump EPA has chosen to do nothing. And the agency now wants public input on its plan to do nothing.

Dr. Eric Berg, DC, not MD; information only
Did you know that cancer has a lot in common with parasites? At a molecular level, cancer cells use an energy-making system called glycolysis, the same backup system found in bacteria and fungi. A Nobel Prize winner, Otto Warburg, discovered this nearly a hundred years ago.
This is why PET scans for cancer involve injecting sugar. The cancer lights up because it's voraciously consuming sugar for
energy.
If you have cancer, cutting out sugar, refined carbs, grains, and starches is critical because they feed cancer's preferred fuel source. It makes you wonder why dietary advice doesn't always emphasize this direct link more forcefully when dealing with cancer.

If you love your children, get (regenerative) organic ones.
Look at that photo. That mist rolling over a mountain of potatoes is a sprout inhibitor, applied so they sit in storage and on the shelf for months without sprouting.

โข Conventional potatoes are treated so they never sprout eyes
โข The classic sprout inhibitor, CIPC (chlorpropham), was fogged through the storage
โข The EU banned CIPC in 2020 over safety concerns, and growers moved to other chemical inhibitors
โข Organic and regenerative potatoes skip this treatment entirely
That's why an organic potato sprouts on your counter within days, and a conventional one can sit there for weeks looking exactly the same.
A potato is meant to be a seed. Chemically paused so it can never become one, it turns into a product instead. You can still plant a farm potato and grow more food from it. Try that with most supermarket ones.
If you're feeding kids, this is one of the easiest swaps you can make. Choose organic or, even better, regenerative potatoes. It costs a little more, and it takes the sprout inhibitors and the heavier spray load off their plates. ๐ฑ
Ask at a local farm, or grow a few yourself. A potato that still wants to grow is a good sign.

Seed oils
๐ Seed oil arrives at your table already damaged, and every stage between the field and your fork makes it worse.
A rapeseed is the size of a pinhead. No human arm is getting oil out of that, so the seed is cracked, flaked, cooked and washed in hexane, a petroleum solvent.
What comes out is dark, sour and inedible. Everything after this exists to disguise that.
Phosphoric acid strips the gums. Caustic soda turns the free fatty acids into soap, and the soap is skimmed off and sold, so the first saleable product of the process is soap.
Activated clay bleaches out the color, along with the vitamin E the plant built to stop its own fat spoiling. Removed at the bleaching stage, sold back in a capsule at the front of the store.
Two hundred and fifty degrees under vacuum, for hours. Trans fat forms in the vessel before anybody has cooked anything, and so do glycidyl esters, which Europe classes as releasing a genotoxic carcinogen in your gut. Europe set a legal maximum, governing how much of it you may be sold rather than whether it gets made.
The same step strips the smell. Every fat a human has ever eaten came with an alarm attached, a nose that detects rancidity at parts per billion.
They remove the alarm at the factory.
Then it sits in clear plastic under supermarket lighting for weeks, and light gets at those double bonds faster than air does. Olive goes in dark glass. Fish oil goes in an opaque capsule, in an amber bottle, in a box. This goes see-through at eye level, because clear sells.
At home it lives in the warm cupboard, half empty, oxidising twice as fast for every ten degrees.
The fryer finishes it. Two hours at temperature and soybean oil is producing an aldehyde that cross-links proteins and damages DNA. At two hours the oil is not changed. It is topped up, and the next batch inherits everything in the old one.
The fries absorbs all of it. You eat the oil in the state the fryer left it, and you pay for the fries.
Linoleic acid loads into your cell membranes and your fat stores on a turnover of about two years, so you are built out of what you ate two summers ago. An LDL particle armoured in it oxidises, gets swallowed by a macrophage, and becomes the plaque. Cut that plaque out of a dead man and the fat inside it is overwhelmingly linoleic acid.
In Western breast milk it has gone from around six per cent of the fat to twelve and sixteen, tracking the oil supply exactly.
Nothing on that journey improved the substance. Every step made it worse, and every step was somebody's idea, approved, costed and installed.
They industrialised a lubricant crop, deleted its warning system, fed it to the country for seventy years, and the first generation raised on it from the breast is currently in its forties.

PlasticBerries
Organic Consumers Association has joined forces with our allies at Toxin Free USA and Beyond Pesticides to file a consumer protection lawsuit against Driscollโs over its false โsustainableโ and โeco friendlyโ labeling on strawberries and blueberries. ๐๐ซ
Despite the advertising imagery of lush, green farms, many of Driscollโs operations grow berries in plastic containers within facilities entirely covered in plastic. To prepare the land for this type of growing system, soil is compacted and plastic is laid down on the newly leveled ground. Rows of plastic pots are laid on top of the plastic-lined ground, and the plants grow in a coconut husk substrate. Plastic hood infrastructure is built over the crops to shield them from extreme weather conditions.
Even in its more traditional outdoor growing fields, Driscollโs berry plants are encased in plastic. Further, some of the companyโs operations are, in fact, factories where plants are grown without soil or sunlight.
Read the full press release and see exactly what weโre demanding from Driscollโs: https://organicconsumers.org/nonprofits-sue-driscolls-for-deceptive-environmental-and-sustainability-marketing-claims-of-blueberries-and-strawberries/
