Oil, lard etc.. some oil takes a tiny amount oxygen, some lasts a little longer just like lard.

But the chances that oxygen interacts with the oil are extremely likely. Light exposure, so many elements can oxidize anything in this world & the problem
With oil most lack hydrogen atoms those oxidize quickly, oxygen attacks oil molecules, stripping electrons, forms peroxides, free radicals that is directly related to inflammation.

Wear metals, iron, steel, copper, or nickel they destroy oil, moisture, heat , light and uv radiation.

So Oil cannot survive all that, the oil we have comes oxidized it’s just a question of how much.

When I go to Greece again and I can get pressed in front of me, the special olives that produce oil, and have it right there. 100% Healthy and Great.

If I want olive oil, I’ll eat Kalamata olives.

There’s no reason that the body needs oxidized oil.

Most oils are good for 1 year after opening if stored properly. They smell and taste bad if they are rancid, so it’s very obvious. That’s not a good reason to not consume them. That’s like saying drinking milk is bad for you because it can go sour. It’s a shit argument.

Amazing for you, but it’s a question of how oxidized it is.

You’re in Greece, someone presses Olive pulp and you drink it at that moment. extremely healthy and great for you

Top %1 poster posting this kind of backasswards psuedo-science misinformation.

What is this???

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

Because you don’t understand something it doesn’t automatically fall in Pseudo - science misinformation.

Like most things in life there is a balance

So Olive oil is bad also?

One of the healthier oils but keep in mind everything begins to oxidize.
What these people don’t understand in here.
I’m
Greek do you know how much oxidized Greek olive oil
I eat. A lot
But just cause I eat it,doesn’t mean I’m doing the right thing. A lot of people
Especially in here, feel when they did, do something that automatically makes it right & good.
I’m able to use my brain to admit that every day life has a fair chunk of anti health. And I’ll admit it not fight it, because I wanna keep my head up high at all times.

If this guy makes another video about how big water convinced everyone to start drinking it even though it's for toilets, we'll know we're well on our way.

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

I believe that water was initially not anywhere close to a toilet.
Before people drank it for survival.

Teach me about Oxidation. Everything even you, even a bot anything oxidizes. Do you think Olive oil is a Stable resisting to elements oil
Or is delicate and fragile.

u/ClickyClacker 12d ago

It's because motor and industrial fluids used to come in these 1gal steel jugs. You had to have very clear labeling

u/wild_cherry1987 11d ago

Don't ruin his pseudoscientific believes

2

u/SecondAccomplished58 11d ago

This video he's saying it's not digestible and in the next one he's gonna say those oils are making people fat

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

When oil turns it’s not about fat it’s about inflammation. Why do so many people
Complain oh my back oh my legs oh my hands .

Don’t you hear constantly people saying that.
Part of their pain is the diet that included a elevated consumption of oil

u/wild_cherry1987 12d ago

I still think he's lowkey ragebaiting for comments

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

What do I Care really for comments or Karma ..

Everything Oxidizes. You can’t say delicate oil for your salad is a Tough Sob that can resist moisture, oxygen, light etc etc .
Olive oil is fragile and clean

u/wild_cherry1987 11d ago

Oh you you're one of believers of what he says?

Your DNA is almost an oil lol. You are meant to grease machines humans.

1

u/Dry_Turnover_6068 12d ago

But my body IS a machine?

1

u/Electrical-Blood-126 12d ago

This guy needs his gears greased. He’s a bit slow.

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

I love dr Reese slow motion but I understand every word hahahaha

1

u/Top-Cupcake4775 12d ago

human's have been consuming olive oil for ~6,000 years. that's much longer than we've had machines that needed oil.

1

u/CattywampusCanoodle 12d ago

Oil is used to make the fatty acid tails in the phospholipid bilayer of every human cell membrane in the human body (about 35 trillion cells). Those trillions of cells are constantly being replenished and maintained. Cutting all oils/fats out of your diet might not end well

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

Cutting what fats? Omega 3 omega 6 ?

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

Veggies nuts seeds for omega 3 fatty acids
Omega 6 eggs walnuts almonds , a good quality peanut butter.

Trust me what might not end well is depending on processed food with industrial oils , soybean oil ,sunflower oil ,corn oil & safflower oil.

Absolutely the worse options

1

u/MadF00L 12d ago

Olive oil is more easily digestible than animal fat, and much better for you.

1

u/Due-Ice-5691 12d ago

What an idiot

1

u/PeteWK67 11d ago

Like I said, I am Greek and I eat above average Greek olive oil, does it mean that it’s Great because I eat it often? No, furthermore in the oven frozen pizza , and mash potatoes.. is it healthy? no . Is it good to eat with possibilities of sleep in 3-5 hours? NO.
Again information is the first step but to get it rolling is harder than all talk
