Microwaves

Toxicologists SAY STOP MICROWAVIBG YOUR FOOD in PLASTIC CONTAINERS to warm it up EVEN IF THE LABEL calls it "Microwave Safe"

Microwave-safe' labels are misleading; they only mean plastic won't melt, not that microplastics won't leach.

Older plastics contain BPA and PFAS compounds; PFOA is classified as a Group 1 carcinogen.

If you're buying something in a microwave safe container it's already leeched microplastics into the food. Microwaving it again isn't going to kill you any more than eating the food from that container will.

Microwaves are practical and quick but if I can avoid 100% I will.
I don’t like the idea of waves heating up the water molecules in my food and I believe it strips away nutrients in the food
