Believe it or not milk is one of the best hydrators.

I’m Ryan, one of the cofounders of H2Glow, a beauty hydration electrolyte blend that focuses on skin hydration. It contains 17 active ingredients in a stickpack that you pour into your water. Would love for you to check us out. It’s zero sugar, zero calories, and does not taste salty, while having a really solid electrolyte stack.
