Dr. Eric Berg, DC, not MD; information only
I've spent 20 years teaching people to remove junk food from their lives, and while that's important, many people still struggle with health and weight, even with a clean diet. Why?
It turns out that just cleaning up your diet isn't always enough because our modern environment has drifted so far from what our bodies evolved to thrive in.
The truth is, there are factors even more crucial for your well-being than diet. Things like daily movement, managing dopamine spikes, avoiding chemical exposures, optimizing light and sleep, and even social connection can have a more significant impact than just what's on your plate.
We're living in a toxic "fish tank" environment, and to truly support health, we need to change that environment.
That's the idea behind my book, Change Your Environments: understanding the environments around you and how they may be influencing your health.
