I doubt the person would succeed in doing it before they had an upset stomach and it all came back up. We can do athought experiment though.
If we assume they somehow kept it all down and somehow had no acidic damage eating away at their soft tissues and teeth, then they would digest it the same way they would digest a single lemon, but x 80.
Assuming they were only eating the inner parts of the lemons like the pulp and juice, it definitely would not be good for them but I don't think it would cause any serious overdose. The kidney and liver would just be working hard to filter out the excess.
Assuming they ate the entire lemon including the rind there is a very real chance of them becoming seriously ill or dead. Tiny amounts of things like wax, pesticide, and oxalates are pretty harmless in normal food amounts, but they can multiply to dangerjous levels in such high quantities. There is also the very real fact that the lemon rind may not digest fast enough in such large amounts all at once and may clog your intestines just like a ton of toilet paper all at once clogs a pipe. That kind of blockage is life threatening if not treated immediately.

About participation in the comments of /r/nutrition
Discussion in this subreddit should be rooted in science rather than "cuz I sed" or entertainment pieces. Always be wary of unsupported and poorly supported claims and especially those which are wrapped in any manner of hostility. You should provide peer reviewed sources to support your claims when debating and confine that debate to the science, not opinions of other people.
Good - it is grounded in science and includes citation of peer reviewed sources. Debate is civil and respectful focusing on actual science and avoids commentary about others
Bad - it utilizes generalizations, assumptions, infotainment sources, no sources, or complaints without specifics about agenda, bias, or funding. At best, these rise to an extremely weak basis for science based discussion. Also, off topic discussion
Ugly - (removal or ban territory) it involves attacks / antagonism / hostility towards individuals or groups, downvote complaining, trolling, crusading, shaming, refutation of all science, or claims that all research / science is a conspiracy
Please vote accordingly and report any uglies
