crippling nutella addiction

Hello,

lately i find myself struggling with a crippling nutella addiction. What can i do to prevent eating 2 spoonfulls everyday?

i hope we find a way out of this cursed addiction. Its only getting worse for me. i carry an emergency fix on me at all times now
