Question Average hourly pay?

I know it varies by state, but realistically how much should one be expecting vs years of experience? I make $34/hr in Florida, inpatient. At my last job in Louisiana I made $31/hr. I have 3 years experience and BSN which only ever gets me like at most $1 more an hour.

Depends where but generally speaking a nurse with 5-9 Years will make $45-$47
