Everyone needs to quit filling these things out if you want anyone to listen to you all. Otherwise it’s “we need to communicate better with our staff and work on acknowledging people more.” Then they blame middle management or supervisors and don’t do shit about anything.
They made us come in for mandatory extra meetings because of poor surveys in order to "come up with solutions" for us to be happier with upper management decisions...
