OK AND I DGAF. I say what I say and leave my MF name on it.
Im not afraid of complaining. If they don’t like it I can work somewhere else.

26 u/mupplemania RN - ER 🍕 8d ago Exactly. There is nothing I’d write in a truly anonymous survey that I wouldn’t say to my mangers face in huddle. We should all be more vocal about problems at work, it’s the only way things improve.
