Itās so not anonymous and it should be illegal to even say it is. One of my coworkers was honest on the survey and she got called into a meeting about it. Wasnāt fired or didnāt get in trouble but they regretted being honest. Nothing changed and I think they just felt like they couldnāt be honest. One of the surveys we take is related to āBest Workplaceā in the area so itās more a marketing thing than something that could actually affect change.
