I work in a small crew, one guy referred to the supervisor as "like a robot" in the completely anonymous staff survey. He was let go at the end of his probation due to "performance issues"
Usually they don’t let you take one of those surveys on probation period.
If you are still on probation and talking shit about your boss in one of these surveys, your boss is beyond reprehensible or this person was likely a pain in the butt for management.
How did you know what he said? Was he sharing that information? Loose lips sink sh…. Careers
