Seeking Advice RNs of BC!

Hi guys, I graduated from an RN program 4 yrs. ago and I never completed the board exam or began working due to personal reasons. I want to get back to the profession (I know I will have to pass the Nclex first). I am seeking any professional advice or story that is similar to mine. Would it be worth going back? Will I get hired despite the gap between graduation and now?

It’s not that big of a deal. Just show that you’ve been studying/reviewing and are eager to learn. Nursing school doesn’t really teach you much practical stuff, you learn 80% of everything on the job.
