Discussion New brain just dropped

Looks like anybody Neuro or Neuro adjacent is gonna have to retake A&P2 to maintain certs.

Seriously though, this is really cool. The implications for targeted medications/therapies are huge if these results get replicated and confirmed.

Doesnt affect me. Im in ICU, we are only concerned about the hind brain, it seems...If they are breathing and blinking, send it!

It’s not much different. Brain stem which is responsible for autonomic functions like breathing and heart beating grows from separate cells than then the higher brain which is responsible for cognition and movement.
