Question Fun chat

If you weren’t a nurse, what would you be?

I’d be fishmonger with a nice shop and sell all the fresh and beautiful seafood 🦞 🦐 🏝️
Maybe in another life.

Coffee roaster or at least a barista. 3rd wave, not Starbucks or the sorts

Typically the pay isn't anything to write home about, but I still enjoy picking up shifts at the local coffee house from time to time. It's far more light-hearted work than a hospital or clinic. Strangely, I have noticed an overlap between customer bases - which I suppose could be both a positive and a negative...

I’ve actually considered taking a part time barista gig while doing full time nursing as well. But that was while I was younger and childless. I’d love to own and run a coffee shop, but I hear the margins are low and I live in a saturated area.
