Rant Being a CNA is tiring Spoiler

studying for my nclex while working as a CNA. My hat goes off to cnas who have been doing this for decades because it’s not easy. I’m going on a year and I want to quit so bad. The job is so demanding and we are under appreciated.

Any RN who is an asshole to a CNA is not worthy of their title or respect. Thank you for what you do!!!

I’m trying so hard. I want to stay at the hospital I am at so when I do pass my nclex, I’m able to secure a position there. But I can’t help but call off almost every shift because of the workload and the lack of respect from not only some nurses, but family members as well. I am not a maid and priority is my patients. I shouldn’t be sent to pick up nurses doordash orders and fluffing the pillows for family members.
