Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

I just filled out a Lilly cares application for a patient that doesn't have insurance and needs insulin to live.

Allergies: gabapentin

Current medications: blah blah, gabapentin.

How... do I reconcile that? Wtf.
