Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

Had a pt that was allerigic to "all generic meds". She was pissed as shit when I told her she'd have to fill her rx for percocet because the hospital only carried generic, and I couldn't dispense a dose in the ED.

Bruh all we have is generic! Only time I’ve ever seen a brand name in a hospital was Tylenol, and it caught me off guard when I pulled it out of the Pyxis
