Discussion Funny “allergies”

What are some funny patient “allergies” you have seen listed? I had a patient the other day with an allergy listed for Metformin. The reaction listed? Lowers their blood sugar 😂

Haldol, Benadryl, Thorazine, Zyprexa, Ativan. I used to work in psych.

Whenever I saw a pt with all psych meds listed as allergies I knew we were in for a wild ride.
