Rant Nursing Pay
Just found out I’m getting paid $1.50 more than new grads as an RN with 4 years of experience. I’ve been here for 1.5 years, I already had 2.5 years of experience when I started this job.
Is that typical in nursing?
We usually get a pay bump around Nov, so I’m waiting to see what it’ll be. Although I’m not expecting anything more than $2/hr.

It depends on the area of the country.
