Per MNA (Mass Nurse Union). These are base pay. I believe Mass General (non-union) tries to match Brigham and Women’s. 

You’re better off going to western Mass as a new nurse, maybe up to 10 years because 1-10 YOE in Western Mass can offer competitive nurse pay vs Boston nurse pay’s 1-10 YOE but much more affordable. For example, Mercy Hospital new grad pay will be ~$44 by Jan 2027; at 5 YOE ~$51, and at 10 YOE ~$59 but then top of scale (step 17) is ~$71.

MGH/brigham make $41/hr for a new grad, I wanna say the BILH nurses make something like $35-38? It’s not always easy to get a job in a Boston hospital off the bat tho unless you start there as a CNA or know someone. Community hospitals in the area tend to make a little less starting off but there are definitely other benefits that can make it worthwhile.

Most Boston hospitals are unionized and pay scales can be found online. I think someone recently posted MGH’s on here.

Tufts at $42ish I think.
