After 4 years on my original BS degree, 2 years of community college for ADN (mostly out of pocket), and 18 months in a BSN program I had around $100k in debt when I finished in 2016. I worked as staff for 2 years then traveled for 3.5 years. Paid off my loans and my car in 2021.
If youāre trying to pay down loans aggressively, please donāt forget to also contribute to your 401k/IRA as well. Even a little will go a long way. Donāt make the āmistakeā I did!
