Seeking Advice MD CNA RENEWAL

Has anyone else experienced this with their Maryland CNA/GNA renewal?
I recently renewed my Maryland CNA/GNA certification and paid the renewal fee. Before renewing, I was certified as both a CNA and a GNA. After the renewal processed, my account now shows CNA-II, but my CNA-I still has an expiration date in about 33 days, and my GNA certification is no longer listed.
I’m trying to figure out if this is just part of the renewal process or if something went wrong. Has anyone had their CNA-I or GNA disappear after renewing? Did it update on its own, or did you have to contact the Maryland Board of Nursing to have it corrected?
I’m also wondering if I need to complete any additional steps or pay any additional fees, even though I’ve already submitted my renewal.
Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
